On this website you can buy:

• Whole bags of malt (25 kilogram)
  
• Base and specialty malts by weight in increments of 100 grams,  - uncrushed only
  
• Grain bills to your specification, either whole or crushed
• My recipes, either whole or crushed
  
• Brewing extras
• Some hops and yeast

How it works:

• Whole bags of Barrett Burston ale, pale and extra pale malts are held in stock and available for immediate purchase
• Other bags of Barrett Burston base malts, along with base malts from Gladfield, Bestmalz, Bairds and Thomas Fawcett are available on order. I am ordering malt often enough for the brewery so typical wait time will be a fortnight or so.
• For malt by weight, grain bills, recipes and hops order by 5 pm on Wednesdays for pick-up at the brewery from 4 pm Fridays.
• Pay by card securely via Stripe, or by bank transfer.

The selection of both specialty malts and hops is somewhat limited at the moment (early October '24) - it is what I currently have on hand at the brewery. I will increase the selection of both over the next month or so.
